Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Depuria. Every purchase is backed by a 14-day money-back guarantee — if it isn't right for you, we'll refund you.

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied with Depuria for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. This applies to both the one-time Pro license and the first payment of a Pro+ Cloud AI subscription.

2. Try before you buy

Depuria is free to download and includes a 7-day Pro trial on first launch, so you can evaluate the paid features before paying anything. We recommend trying the app first to make sure it fits your needs.

3. How to request a refund

Email hello@depuria.com within 14 days of purchase and include the email address used at checkout and your order or receipt number. You don't need to give a reason. We typically reply within 1–2 business days.

4. How refunds are processed

Refunds are issued through our payment provider (our Merchant of Record) back to your original payment method. Once approved, it usually takes 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. We do not see or store your card details.

5. Subscriptions (Pro+ Cloud AI)

You can cancel a Pro+ subscription at any time from the customer portal we link to; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the paid period. The 14-day refund applies to your most recent payment. Renewal charges after the first 14 days are generally non-refundable, but contact us if a renewal caught you by surprise — we'll work with you.

6. Exceptions

We may decline a refund where there is evidence of abuse — for example, repeated buy-and-refund cycles, fraudulent chargebacks, or sharing a license key. Refunds requested after the 14-day window are handled at our discretion and in line with your local consumer-protection rights.

7. Your statutory rights

This policy is offered in addition to any mandatory refund or consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence; nothing here limits those rights.
